This class is designed to spike metabolism and boost your energy by bouncing you back and forth from cardio and strength intervals. In this class you will wear a heart monitor to further track your success. This class will maximize your body’s “after burn” which means you will not only burn hard core calories during class but AFTER Class too!!!
